TWIN Profection represents what professional chefs and ambitious hobby cooks around the world appreciate about knives by ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS – and more. The SIGMAFORGE® knife for example, manufactured from one single piece, and the ice-hardened FRIODUR® blade.

But it is the innovative combination of the unique blade geometry that turns TWIN Profection into an individual masterpiece: The wedged shape provides optimal stability and an easy cut, the curved bolster safe and easy handling. The desired function is delivered by the full cutting edge because she can be used for cutting from tip to heel.

The expert knowledge of ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS together with the creativity of Matteo Thun has produced a strong, unmistakable knife that combines the classic values of a ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS knife with new technology. The new TWIN Profection collection comprises eight knives and a sharpening steel; several knife blocks are available for safely storing these knives.
